Model Description

■Summary Optosplit III is designed as a convenient and inexpensive solution for simultaneous imaging. Splitting is typically performed based on wavelength or polarization, enabling applications where there is a requirement for simultaneous or fast acquisition of multiple emission bands or polarization states. The ability to acquire up to three images simultaneously provides a significant difference over manual or motorized filter changers. This is because there is no need to pause the acquisition while changing the filter position. Therefore, the camera will work at the fastest capture rate. ■Features ・One camera: Only one camera is required, making it cost-effective. ・Internal separation path can be changed: Minimizes aberrations. - Dichroic mirror and fluorescence filter mounted in an easily replaceable cube: Filter sets can be easily and quickly replaced. Some competitive products require filters to be installed at the factory. - Rectangular variable locking diaphragm aperture to define field of view size: Defines both the vertical and horizontal dimensions of the ROI, setting the image to the optimal size for the camera sensor. Compact design with integrated C-mount input and output ports: Integrated C-mount allows easy attachment to a wide range of standard microscopes and CCD/CMOS cameras. - Simple and precise controls for image registration: accurately and easily center segmented images in the desired field of view and align pixels relative to each other. Interchangeable filters and dichroic holders for tri-wavelength, dual-wavelength, and single-wavelength imaging: Flexibility to use multiple wavelengths by simply changing filters and changing the size of the defined field of view. - Aperture diaphragm to balance signal levels as needed: functions as an adjustable ND filter. It may be more convenient than using multiple ND filters. - Rotating filter mount for polarization studies: precisely orient polarized light to maximize contrast.
