■Summary Imaris Stitcher is the newest member of the Imaris family and is a standalone application created for precisely aligning and fusing multiple microscope image tiles into 2D, 3D, or 4D volumes. ■Features Stitching tiles into one large image requires significant image processing and alignment accuracy to achieve high-quality results. Imaris Stitcher's algorithm addresses deficiencies in microscope stage positioning, including rotation of the camera relative to the stage, and provides the best alignment results across fused images. - Alignment and stitching of overlapping image blocks in 2D, 3D, or 4D ・XYZ alignment and stitching - Ability to align and stitch multiple tiles with many channels - Align and save images up to terabytes in size ・Alignment based on image content of overlapping areas - Corrects camera and microscope stage rotation. The systematic error of this acquisition can be estimated from just a few pairs of overlapping images with content and can be used to reposition all images even when the signal is insufficient.
