QSFP+ metal cable assemblies were developed for high-density applications and provide a low-cost, low-power option for high-speed demanding data centers designed for high-density applications. Available in multiple colors and lengths and gauges, the QSFP+ form factor (Quad SFP+) can replace up to four standard SFP+ connections. It also provides high density and reduced system cost. ■Features Supports new 40 Gb/s applications and is available in standard lengths up to 5m and longer custom lengths. Fully shielded assembly combines a dual-axis shielded cable configuration with a rugged die-cast housing to enhance support for high frequency data rates. - Provides additional strain relief for overmolding at PCB level.
