SAMAC-PRO is a dual-type high-performance film thickness. ■ Features 1. Built -in statistical function All memory data, groups, blocks, and section data can be statistics on the LCD screen. 2. Maximum value/lower limit limit function Each register of each registered calibration can be set for each set of sets. In the case where the measured value is out of the upper limit / lower limit, it is notified in the flashing and alarm of the setting limit value. In the production process of the factory, it is useful for quickly determining whether the film is within the range specified by management standards. 3. Certificate line registration function The number of registration of the calibration line is 10. Before measurement, be sure to adjust two points, "zero adjustment" and "standard adjustment". The combination of these two -point adjustment is called the calibration line (base characteristics). The calibration line varies depending on the material, shape, thickness, etc. of the metal base, but the measurement work can be started immediately after registering and selecting the calibration line that matches the characteristics. 4. Large -capacity measured value memory function The multi -point measurement, which performs thousands of film thickness tests a day, is OK by one person with the data memory function. You can save labor and reduce costs. The number of memory is 20,000 points. You can work without worrying about the remaining memory. The measurement data is subdivided into groups, blocks, etc. and saved. 5. Data transfer to a personal computer ・ Connect to a PC with a USB cable and transfer measurement data. ・ Transfer in real time each time of measurement. ・ Batch transfer of the data that has been memory is also possible. The data transfer sheet allows you to transfer the data in real time or memory measurement to Microsoft Excel (Transfer requires a USB transfer driver installation to your PC). The data transfer sheet requires an environment (Windows 7/8/8.1/10) where one of the Microsoft Excel 2010/2013/2016 operates.
