These sorters use cameras or light transmission for detailed inspections, including size, shape, sugar content, and maturity. This allows for high-precision sorting and can even sort based on color.
When selecting a sorter, consider the crop type and scale. Some sorters are only suitable for specific produce, and their compatibility varies based on the crop's vulnerability to damage. The sorter's size and functionality should match the scale of the agricultural operation, ensuring cost-effectiveness, especially for larger volumes.
