The Craft2Craft package guarantees precise fermentation management, appropriate alcohol display, and consistent flavors of distilled sake. This device bundle contains Alex 500 alcohol and extract content measuring instruments in addition to SNAP 51 portable alcohol meters.
The SNAP 51 portable alcohol meter measures alcohol components in the distillation in just 30 seconds. Since a sample of all concentrations can be measured with a 0.1 %V/V accuracy with one device, the overall product distillation and dilution process can be simplified.
Alex 500 is a small alcohol and extract content measuring instrument. You can easily monitor the entire manufacturing process from fermentation to bottling. In order to respond to your own products, Alex 500 allows you to appropriately determine the amount of alcohol of distilled sake and liqueurs, regardless of the extract content. This is due to the direct measurement of alcohol by NIR lighting method. The result can be obtained in a few minutes.
