Purber Stage TS 600 -This is a completely new advanced sample stage used for IN -SITU X -ray on the stress/distortion phenomenon of the fiber, foil, and thin film. The TS 600 is a sample tensile stage dedicated to the In-Situ XRD that analyzes the changes in the structure generated when a mechanical load on the material, and is the industry's first product in the industry.
Because of the compact lightweight design, it can be used for synchrotron in addition to the X -ray analysis of the lab. Because it can be used in two types of modes: transparency and reflection, you can get detailed information about stress and distortion.
