With a unique mechanical design, three types of mechanical characteristics evaluation measurement methods are incorporated into one measurement head without compromising the measurement quality. ■ Completely automatic mechanical characteristics evaluation test machine
Like Anton Pearl's scratch test machine, MCT³ has an automatic detection function of critical load. Using the frictional force, the depth, and the signal of the acoustic emission, the algorithm is analyzed, and the critical load is automatically determined without being affected by the operator.
Furthermore, the hardness and elasticity rate can be determined in various positions (user -defined matrix) by one measurement using the implantation indication technology.

・ In MCT³, you can perform scratches and implanted indications (IIT) from shallow (several nm for surface detection) to deeper (up to 1 mm). Applicable and measured power (10 mn to 30 n) conforms to almost all samples.

■ Patent -acquired synchronous panoramic mode
