About This Product
■ Low pulsation
The two pumps are moved with one cam, and the equivalent cam method is adopted. Stable low -pulsating driving is realized without an air chamber. Simple piping design is possible, reducing maintenance costs such as air supply.
■ Abundant piping connection variations
The discharge exit and suction port can be used for vertical and horizontal directions. In addition, a simple pipe design is possible because the air chamber is unnecessary, and it can be avoided from various design restrictions.
■ Energy saving / ECO operation
Increased the efficiency of the pump drive portion and the energy saving is realized by installing high -efficient IPM motors as standard.
■ IPM motor & dedicated inverter
Equipped with an IPM motor as standard. The dedicated inverter minimizes the current of the motor and controls it with high efficiency exceeding IE2, including the inverter loss. External operation (4 to 20 mA) and proportional band can be changed. It has multifunctional, such as display conversion and limiting stop at abnormal pressure.
■ Flow -up control range
Adopts a motor rotation control method using an inverter. The flow control range has been significantly expanded compared to conventional quantitative pumps. Combined with the motor characteristics, it is easy to use and is widely used in all fields.
