This is a SI board designed as an optical specification.
It is mainly 1.2 to 5 um wavelength range of around 50%, and is used as a substrate for windows and optical filters. Si is mainly nurtured by the Choclus Ski method (CZ). However, the CZ method SI has a large absorption in the 9UM wavelength.
The cause is oxygen in the CZ method SI, which reacts. To improve this, the SI grown by the float zone method (FZ) rises to a transmittance of about 35%.
In general, the permeability of the 10UM wavelength band is made to be the highest transmittance, but in the case of high-resistance SI, it can be transmitted even in the 30-100um wavelength band.
* There is no spectral graph that shows the basis. The resistance value of the optical grade is about 5 to 40 ohms.
