About This Product

TERASCAN 1550 and Terascan780, a product for researchers and engineers involved in frequency domain terahertz spectralz light. Based on the precise DFB semiconductor laser, digital controller, and state -of -the -art GaaS or INGAAS photo mixer technology, Terascan systems have achieved easy operability and highest class specifications. By adding a module -type product package, you can extend the functions of CW terahertz products. TERABEAM is a Subsystem of Terascan, consists of two -units repurchased semiconductor laser (DFB), fiber optic bean combiner and digital driver electronics. By using the tuning range enlargement option, the band width up to 3thz can be used. These packages can be freely selected and upgraded the parts required for the experiment. ■ DFB laser for generating CW Terrahertz ・ 2 DFB Pro laser+digital frequency control ・ Supported wavelength: 780nm and 1.5 µm ・ Terahertz frequency variable range: Up to 2thz ・ Frequency absolute accuracy <2GHz, minimum step size <10MHz ・ Frequency tuning by PC via Ethernet It consists of two distributions returning semiconductor lasers (DFB), built -in isolators, and fiber optic beam combiners. It can be used at 780nm and 1.5 μm, and matches the excitation wavelength of GaaS and Ingaas terahelzemitter.
