A certain metabolic imaging of a biological tissue requires simultaneous acquisition of NADH and FAD fluorescent life. This system enables easy collection of simultaneous NADH and FAD fluorescence.
The unique laser design provides a 780nm fixed wavelength and 820-960nm tunable wavelength directly synchronized with the TCSPC electronics. Each laser output can be controlled independently with the built -in AOM to enable multiplex.
This system with complete air -cooled, turn key operation, and compact design is an ideal tool for two optical fluorescent life imaging.
