A scanning -type interference meter integrated with a durable and compact aluminum housing with a compact fabripro type interferometer and a detector unit. It can be used as a spector analyzer that integrates the advantages of a complex optical system that enables easy operation with high -resolution with a scanned fabrico interferometer established as a CW light spectrum analysis method.
Various mirror sets and photoditors are available for wavelength range of 330 to 3,000 nm. A high -reflective mirror with a reflectance (99.8%) is used as standard to achieve finesse> 400.
