A special shield is applied as a complete UV laser light source containing harmonics cavity. Built -in fully automatic crystal shifter that is optimal for industrial applications, achieving a long life of 10,000 hours or more. The shielded laser head contains a beam shaping optimization function that provides beam quality (M² <1.3). For customers who are not used in the clean room environment, we also provide an interface that connects directly to the purge line to prevent pollution from the opening. Low noise operation will be a new benchmark of the wavelength laser. Typical values ​​<0.1%RMS or less and narrow laser signals will significantly improve the measurement SN ratio, allowing all users to get more information. It is designed so that it can be easily built into the device, and remotely control using a USB/Ethernet linked with a touch panel or PC user interface. With high optical conversion efficiency (WEP = WALL-PLUG EFFICIENCY), you can operate by cooling only with conductive heat sinks using a passive heat sink. For applications that are particularly sensitive to heat dissipation within the system, we also have a circular chiller option.
