The standalone type can use all of the conventional wavelengths and spectral analyzers of the conventional HIGHFINESSE without connecting to a PC. You can select a model without a touch screen, with a touch screen, not a touch screen.
The measurement results can be recorded directly on the internal storage of the device or in the external storage. It can be easily stored in USB flash memory or HDD/SSD. The wavelength meter is integrated by Ethernet and can be completely controlled from the HighFinesse API or SCPI command.
All models of the WS series and spectral analyzers can be purchased as a standalone device to make it easier to integrate into large -scale systems.

・ Ethernet Remote Access by Network API and industry standard SCPI (additional layer to IEEE-488.2)
・ Data collection function via Ethernet or USB memory
