About This Product
■ Can be handled from low viscosity to high viscosity.
SIC ceramic gears have no "casile" or "baking" phenomenon when handling low viscosity liquid, which is likely to occur in conventional gear pumps, and can be used with confidence even in high -speed driving. In addition, silicon ceramic gears show stable performance as high viscosity due to their excellent strength and toughness.
■ Handling of fine sluries is possible
Ceramix of sliding portions such as gears and bearings. Transfer the soft and hard -to -handed fine slurry solution to a long life.
■ Quiet fluid with low pulsation
There is no round -trip pump or general -purpose gear pump -specific pulsation, and it is possible to make quiet and smooth fluid. Ideal for handling liquids that dislike stirring and foaming.
■ Improvement of self -absorption
Because of the inhalation structure from the top of the pump, it is easy to form a liquid dumb even when the pump is stopped, and it is excellent in self -absorption when restarting.
■ Quantifier injection
Regarding the temperature change of the viscous liquid, quantitative discharge is performed with accurate accuracy that other pumps cannot be expected. In addition, since the discharge amount is linearly proportional to the rotation speed, it is easy to control the flow rate by a variable speed mechanism. (When used for quantitative pump applications, flow control using a flow sensor, inverter, and controller is required.)
