Digital pressure transmission device for gas and liquids equipped with oil -free ceramic sensors
■ Applications
CERABAR PMC71 is a digital pressure transmission device equipped with an oil -free electrostatic -capacity ceramic sensor. It is widely used to measure process pressure, liquid and gas levels, volume, and mass measurement in sanitar application.
Ceramic membrane with damage detection function and vacuum -resistant performance ensures the safety of the system. You can adjust the measurement range by quick setup. Easy to set and can reduce costs and working hours. Compatible with IEC 61508 compliant Sil2/Sil3.
You can choose a double chamber aluminum housing or stainless steel (equivalent to SUS316L) housing.
・ Process connection: screw -included, flange, or smooth connection
・ Process temperature: -40 ~+150 ° C (-40 ~+302 ° f)
・ Measurement range: -0.1/0 ~+4.0 mpa (+1.5 to+600 PSI)
・ Accuracy: ± 0.05%, high -precision version: ± 0.025%
・ International explosion -proof certification, overflow prevention (WHG), Sanitari certification, ship class certification, SIL
