Digital pressure transmission device for gas and liquids equipped with oil -free ceramic sensors
■ Applications
CERABAR PMC51 Digital pressure transmission device is equipped with an oil -free capacitive ceramic sensor and is used mainly to measure liquids and gas pressure, level, volume, and mass in the process industries and sanitary industries.
Ceramic menblene with a mechanical damage detection function and vacuum -resistant performance ensures the safety of the system. Reduce costs and time with simple settings with quick setup that can adjust the measurement range. Compatible with IEC 61508/IEC 61511 Sil2 application.
Single chamber aliminium housing or stainless steel (equivalent to SUS 316L) can be selected.
・ Process connection: screw -included, flange or smooth connection
・ Process temperature: -40 ~+130 ° C (-40 to+266 ° F), 150 ° C (302 ° F) for 1 hour
・ Measurement range: -0.1/0 ~+4 mpa (-15/0 to+600 PSI)
・ Accuracy: ± 0.1%, “high -precision calibration” ± 0.075%
・ International explosion -proof certification, Sanitari certification, ship class certification, SIL
