The VMF50L/200L-SUB is a single use beilator for commercial production, and has a lineup of 50L to 200L (planned to be developed up to 1,000L). Single use beilia staff is a desktop type from 500ml to 10L, but VMF50L/200L-SUB, which adapt to 50L or more, is self-supported.
It is the largest model of the standard VMF reactor series, and it is a commercial production machine that achieves a complete scale up from an unprecedented 500ml in other reactors. The control device "S-BOX x 200" is included as standard, and in addition to a series of controls such as DO, pH, temperature, bag inside pressure, 4 consecutive pumps, built-in digital data logger, Satake data logger software culture. Equipped with equipment data collection system.
It also supports computerization system validation CSV, provides documents in the design that is eligible for design, eligible for installation, and eligibility when driving.
