■ High -precision and wet -class device that can provide precision class according to the request
SATAKE I Classifier (Eye Classifier) has a high -speed rotation rotator. The class rotor has a class blade to stabilize the centrifuge.
■ Fluid route
When the raw material slurry is pumped into a branch machine, some fluids pass through the rotor's feathers and head inside the rotor. The fine grain slurry is discharged outside the device through the hollow shaft. On the other hand, coarse slurry is discharged from the centrifugal force from the class rotor and is re -supplied as a raw material slurry.
■ Grade rotor
The class rotor of this device performs optimization of shape by using many class experiments and CFD flow analysis optimizes so that the division of particle diameter is constant in the divided room, so that the branch room and the internal flow flow are rectified. Success and dramatic accuracy have improved dramatically.
■ Grade principle
The particles at the outer end of the rotor act in the centrifugal force generated by the rotation movement of the fluid and the force (buoyancy) generated by the radius of the particles. There is a particle size "= class particle diameter" in which these external force is just balanced. Particle (coarse grain), which is larger than the division of particle diameter, receives a large centrifugal force and cannot enter the rotor to go outward.
A particle (fine grain) smaller than the division of particle diameter can be invaded inside the rotor, and only the fine grains are collected outside the device as a slurry.
