■ Drywell structure * Options
The gear in the stirrer is an important component that transmits power and rotation, and lubrication with oil is essential. However, if an oil leak from a gearbox occurs, there will be considerable effects on foreign substances, contamination (contamination), and equipment surrounding environment.
In this unit, a new "drywell structure" with an oil dam on the shaft seal, and a pump for spraying oil on the sliding portion and gear teeth has been newly adopted to prevent oil leakage.

The stirrer requires regular conservation, repair, and parts replacement. If the decomposition and assembly at that time are complicated, the risk of accident occurs increases.
