■ Explanation of distributed mechanism (cavity inter -fluid transfer technology)
The main feature of this dispersion machine is that the mixing head (composition of the rotor and the status) is conical, and there are many 1/4 spherical cavity (depression) in both the rotor and the status. When this rotor is rotated at high speed, the liquid is sucked from the small diameter of the mixing head and passes through the narrow gap between the rotor and the status.
Furthermore, intense vortex inside the cavity formed on both sides of the gaps occurs in the reverse rotation on both sides of the rotor and status, and the vortex collides violently, adding a powerful dispersion and crushing effect. As a result, the sucked liquid is given a strong shearing effect on all without shortcuts, achieving a mixture of high -efficiency and fine -grained and homogeneous.
In addition, the centrifugal effect of the conical shape has a strong discharge effect than the large diameter side, and macromixing in the tank is performed simultaneously. In addition, the rotor and the status have a simple structure due to the axial direction overlapping structure, and it is easy to disassemble and wash.

It is an experimental dispersal stirrer used for small -scale tests in a laboratory. In addition, it supports a container for 1ℓ to 20ℓ, and has an elevator that matches the container size, and meets all customer's needs.
