About This Product
A mechanical seal detacheder that can perform regular inspections of mechanical seals, without moving from the installation location with a large -scale mixture, and the electrical wiring remains the same.
■ Characteristics
-The mechanical seal unit is a sleeve method (cartridge type), and is used to extract from the side of the frame. Therefore, the movement of the mixing shaft / drive shaft when the mechanical seal is attached is several mm.
・ There is no need for work space above the main unit to extract from the side. Therefore, the space can be used effectively and no work is required. It is designed that emphasizes safety.
・ No extra tools or preparations are required for disassembly and assembly. All the frames are standard equipment so that each unit part can be easily taken out.
・ Each unit is all in -structure. There is no need for troublesome core work.
・ Because the mechanical seal is delicate, sufficient seal check is required. Since this unit can be replaced with a cartridge, this machine can be integrated with a cartridge, so these checks were made before incorporating, and leaked troubles and re -assembling were avoided.
・ Unlike conventional machines, the deceleration unit, the bearing unit, and the seal unit are independent, so individual maintenance can be easily performed.
・ Production stop time is the shortest, contributing to improving productivity.
