PRIMUX 50 is the latest microfocus X -line source jointly developed by AXO Dressden and Anton Pearl X -ray experts. PRIMUX 50 can be used in combination with the light integration or parallel multilayer X -ray optical system according to various applications, and provides the best beam for any application.
Because of its compact design, PRIMUX 50 light sources and optical systems can be used as customized setups and upgraded existing systems.
