About This Product
■ It is the first commercial non -paid stage that corresponds to XRD analysis with the bench top type diffraction meter.
The bench -top heating stage BTS 150 and BTS 500 adopt a unique design by patent technology, and has all the features required for the bench -top -type diffraction application, that is, compactness, reliability, and ease of use.
-The measurement can be performed in the range of –10 to 150 ° C in BTS 150, and in BTS 500 at the surrounding temperature to 500 ° C. Both devices are extremely compact and fit in a limited space with standard bench -top -type folds.
