Combine the latest metal ceramic X -ray tube and an excellent high voltage generator to irradiate a high -brightness X -ray beam with a maximum of 3 kW output. It supports both line focus and point focus. Due to the height of the brightness, it is the optimal X -ray source for a wide range of X -ray analysis applications such as X -ray fold (XRD) and small angle X -ray scattering (SAXS).

End of each of CR, Co, Cu, Mo, and AG is provided (others correspond to requests), and solutions are provided to all issues of XRD and SAXS. The X -ray tube is incorporated into a unique water -cooled jacket, ensuring high thermal stability and extending the life of the X -ray pipe.
■ X -ray tube can be replaced in just a few minutes
The tube tower is designed not only to maximize the safety of the user, but also to replace the X -ray tube in a few minutes when a different anegate type X -ray tube is required. In addition, simply rotating the X -ray pipe without removing the cable or hose, you can easily switch the focus from the line to the point, or conversely.
