About This Product
The low-temperature chamber TTK 600 is a non-air attachment developed for powder X-ray circulation from -190 to 600 ° C. Various sample holders can inspect the sample with reflection/transparency. Samples can be measured in vacuum, air, and inert gas. The options of the anthember can safely move samples that are susceptible to air to TTK 600.
The TTK 600 can be used with all standard powdered circles. This is the most commonly used device in X -ray structure analysis in the low temperature range.
