The Craft2CRAFT package controls fermentation with high accuracy and guarantees the preservation period and taste stability along with accurate alcohol content. This package includes DMA 35 density, CARBOQC at-line, CBOXQC at-line, Oxyqc CO2, oxygen, Alex 500 alcohol and extract content measuring device.
The portable density meter DMA 35 can measure the extract content in beer beer and at the same time monitor the fermentation process. By removing the CO₂ | O₂ meter from the package and simultaneously measuring CO₂ and O₂ in the tank, information about nitrogen in beer can be obtained. Alex 500 is a compact alcohol and extract content measuring instrument.
You can easily monitor the entire manufacturing process from bottle to bottle. Output the measurement results in a few minutes -this small -scale brewery facilities are essential for the smallest brewery.
