About This Product
TERASCAN 1550 and Terascan780, a product for researchers and engineers involved in frequency domain terahertz spectralz light. Based on the precise DFB semiconductor laser, digital controller, and state -of -the -art GaaS or INGAAS photo mixer technology, Terascan systems have achieved easy operability and highest class specifications.
By adding a module -type product package, you can extend the functions of CW terahertz products. TERABEAM is a Subsystem of Terascan, consists of two -units repurchased semiconductor laser (DFB), fiber optic bean combiner and digital driver electronics.
By using the tuning range enlargement option, the band width up to 3thz can be used. These packages can be freely selected and upgraded the parts required for the experiment.

・ Separate TERABEAM780 or TERABEAM1550 is required.
We provide GaaS and Ingaas photo mixers (optical antennas) with the highest class quality for research institutions related to terahertz fields around the world. Excellent bandwidth characteristics and dynamic range are possible at the same time in both types of products. The module is equipped with a silicone lens and an SM/PM fiber pigtail, emphasizing the convenience of the user.
By adopting fiber design for all, it is possible to omit the optical axis adjustment of the laser beam that takes time. It is also possible to easily incorporate it into the Terahertz optical system and system due to the freedom of fiber.
