About This Product

TERASCAN 1550 and Terascan780, a product for researchers and engineers involved in frequency domain terahertz spectralz light. Based on the precise DFB semiconductor laser, digital controller, and state -of -the -art GaaS or INGAAS photo mixer technology, Terascan systems have achieved easy operability and highest class specifications. By adding a module -type product package, you can extend the functions of CW terahertz products. TERABEAM is a Subsystem of Terascan, consists of two -units repurchased semiconductor laser (DFB), fiber optic bean combiner and digital driver electronics. By using the tuning range enlargement option, the band width up to 3thz can be used.
