We manufacture a high -ranking ultra -high vacuum and an extreme vacuum -compatible flange window among vacuum flanges. Since it is manufactured in a method that does not use rubber -oh rings, the wisteria identeck craftsmen carefully manufacture each one carefully. ■ Flange window glass material
Mainly use optical crystals. Please refer to the permeability and transmittance. Please refer to each optical crystal for thermal expansion and temperature resistance.
■ Features of super high vacuum flange
・ Windows without heat distortion
The transparency of the original polarization and scattering of the window material is obtained. Achieved with special seal technology without thermal assembly process.
・ AR coat without unpleasant
After coating the window material alone, mounting to the flange at room temperature, it becomes uneven coating. (AR, BBAR, conductor, etc.)
・ Poltolic structure
It is a structure that does not come off the window material even with reverse pressure.
・ Non -magnetic & non -radiation
We do not use Kobal metal, which is a strong radioized metal with strong porcelain. Can be used in magnetic fields and radiation environments.
・ Non -pollution
Row adhesives containing Zn, a high vapor pressure metal, are not used, so they are not polluted inside the vacuum container.
