■ Applications
RLN22 is a compact 1 channel/2 channel DC 24 V converter (insulated amplifier) with a relay signal output. It is designed to be used safely with melee sensors and level switches such as LIQUIPHANT FTL51B (NAMUR) compliant with IEC 60947-5-6.
The interface module monitors disconnection errors such as sensor line blocks and short circuits and mechanical switching points. This device is ideal for use in dangerous places and safety planning systems (up to Sil 2 compliant with IEC 61508).
・ Converter for binary switching signal transmission (insulated amplifier)
・ Input of melee sensors, open contacts or contacts with resistance binding elements
・ Electrical insulation (3 directions)
・ Input circuit or mechanical switching point disconnection error monitoring
・ Output of group error message via DIN rail bus connector
・ The output side relay contact, operation direction (operation or still current behavior) can be selected with a DIP switch
・ Viper temperature range: --40-+60 ° C (–40 ~+140 ° f)
