About This Product
■ Easy connection with PC and measurement is possible. A load measuring instrument that can be measured stably even with a harsh load.
"DSCB" is a load measuring instrument that can be easily measured simply by connecting to a personal computer or PLC. It is hard to break with 500 % load resistance and has good maintenance, making it ideal for use not only in test machines and inline but also in fields. It is easy to carry, and the load change can be displayed on a PC in real time. Digital output that is strong in noise compliant with the RS-485 standard. It can also be installed near the motor or at the tip of a robot.
■ High rigidity & high load (500 %)
Since the deformation at the time of load is small, it is safe to cut the machine tools and the grinding power. Because it is a 500 % tolerant overload, it can be measured for a long period of time even with a harsh load.
■ Excellent maintenance
The zero point and full scale are adjusted when the factory is shipped, and there is no need for re -correcting due to the replacement of DSCB. Since the cable and the body are connected by the connector, it is not necessary to re -lay the cable when replacing the main unit. You can quickly detect the abnormalities because you can see the gap between the time of shipment and the current zero point.
■ Built -in abundant functions
Comparison of upper and lower limits and built -in hold functions. Holds can select samples, peaks, bottoms, peaks and bottoms, and average. Digital low -pass filter and moving average filter can be adjusted with commands.

･ Built -in amplifier.
･ The hold function and the upper and lower limit comparison functions can be used without an instruction meter.
