Ultra-high resolution model Ultra-high precision 3D printer (2μm series) microArch (R)
BMF Japan Co., Ltd.

About This Product

The 2μm series is BMF's highest resolution 3D printer, providing 3D printing solutions for applications requiring ultra-high resolution and tight tolerances, especially for cutting-edge precision part development and extreme laboratory instrumentation. Ideal for production, etc. The 2μm series faithfully outputs CAD data and perfectly finishes ideal prototypes. BMF 3D printer product characteristics ■Ultimate high precision Capable of accurately printing ultra-fine structures of several microns ■Layer thickness can be customized Can be installed with a thickness of 5 to 20 μm for each layer ■Custom print Exposure parameters for each layer can be set ■High speed printing Although it has microscale printing ability, the printing time is within a practical range. ■Powerful software platform Magics slicing software specialized for 3D editing is standard equipment. ■Interference prevention Equipped with air float shock absorption mount ■Software Support In partnership with Materialise, a global leader in 3D printing solutions, custom software Magics is included as standard. ■View, measure, edit You can view, measure and edit STL files. ■Automatically/manually generate support You can automatically or manually generate supports in your model, and you can adjust the type and parameters of the supports as needed. ■Automatically repair model errors Data errors caused by format conversion etc. can be automatically corrected to avoid affecting slicing results. ■Stable slicing function You can output slice data quickly and stably, and avoid the effects of slice errors on print results. ■BMF's unique micro-nano stereolithography (PμSL) Currently, the mainstream of commercial 3D printers used in the manufacturing industry is the DLP method of stereolithography. As higher printing precision is required, BMF has developed a unique stereolithography technology called PµSL (Projection Micro-Stereolithography) based on the DLP method. In PμSL, like general stereolithography (DLP), printing is done by repeatedly curing the resin with UV light. Precise control of the projection lens enables resolution from a few micrometers to hundreds of nanometers.
