One -through oil type rotary bain vacuum pump
DR KARL BUSCH has developed the first Huckepack as a vacuum pump specialized for food wrapping applications. This was a revolution in the packaging industry.
Especially ideal options for highly difficult processes. This vacuum pump has been achieved for decades for tough purposes.
HUCKEPACK is robust and reliability in operation, even in cases that cannot be handled by other technologies. Depending on the process conditions, there are cases where minimal maintenance can be used for several decades.
Operating principle
Is a two -stage rotary bain vacuum pump. The pump stage is arranged up and down. In both stages, one rotor is unbalancedly attached. The compression ratio of the upper cylinder is low, and the rotor can be six. The lower cylinder rotor bain is five, and the compression ratio is higher.
When the rotor rotates, the vane slides by centrifugal force and is pressed into the housing, forming a space between the vane and the housing. The sucked gas is captured in this space. The rotation of the rotor reduces the capacity of this space, compresses the gas, and is carried to the high -pressure second stage. The second stage also works on the same principle. Huckepack Rotary Bain Vacuum Pump is always supplied with new oil and lubricates.

The structure is durable and has excellent resistance to beers and dust. Therefore, it is also suitable for harsh processes that contain corrosive substances.
The independently developed and manufactured carbon fiber concrete vane is excellent. Therefore, it does not burn even in urgent situations such as lack of lubricating oil, and ensures driving safety and high performance.
Huckepack HO vacuum pump is equipped with a circulating water cooling system as standard. This cooling system enables temperature control according to each process.
