About This Product
The XR20 rotation axial determination angle measuring device is a device that performs the calibration of the stage, jig, and machine tools in collaboration with the XL-80 and XM-60.
It consists of a high -precision servo control axis connected by the angle reflector and this reflector. The ultra -high -accurate encoder system reads the scale engraved on the main bearing and controls the angle position of this control axis. Similarly, the angle position of the optical parts is controlled based on the housing of the main unit.
