About This Product

In the positioning measurement setup, the positioning accuracy of each axis is measured. In this setup, the position of the axis is measured by comparing the positions displayed on the machine controller and the position measured by the laser. The accuracy of this setup is ± 0.5ppm (1 /1 million), and the resolution is 1 nm. The repetition of the axis can be measured by performing multiple tests. In the positioning measurement, the laser system measures the change in relative distance between the reference optical path and the optical path. While any of the optical parts move, other optical parts will be in a state of rest. The 40m to 80m application offers a long -distance positioning measurement kit.
