In the flat level measurement setup, the surface shape of the three -dimensional measuring machine and all kinds of surface plates is measured.
Plan -degree measurement analyzes the shape of the surface. This can accumulate 3D images and show deviations from a completely flat surface. If these deviations have a serious effect on the application, you need to fix them, such as polishing.
The flat degree measurement kit provides two flat -degree mirrors and three flat -based bases according to the surface size. The flat -degree mirror can not only rotate in the horizontal direction, but can also be inclined in the vertical direction. This allows you to adjust the horizontal and vertical direction of the laser beam. For flatness measurement, angle optical parts are also required.
Laser software is compatible with two standard plan measurement methods.
