■ Extractive effects to prevent scale
The hard components in the water supply are generated by calcium carbonate in the boiler and scale. In addition, silica (SIO2) also reacts with the hard component, which is a scale of hydrate. When a scale is attached to the boiler, it reduces the heat efficiency of the boiler, causing energy loss, but also leads to major accidents such as inflation and rupture of water tubes and smoke tubes.
The main component of the B series, the main component of the B series, shall be the Hydroxy Apatite [CA3 (PO4) 2] 3 / CA (OH) 2 in the boiler. This hydroxy apatite is a fine particles of the crystal growth and becomes a fine particles, so it is not a scaled but soft sludge, and can be easily excreted outside the boiler.

The pH of boiler water varies depending on the acid consumption (pH4.8), concentration and boiler pressure, but the BN series can be used to support the various oxygen expenses (pH4.8). ■ Do not cause early reaction
The aqua skiilate B, BR, and BN series combine with the hard components in boiler water to form a soluble complex salt, so that there is no aging (early reaction) in the water supply system. This complex is adsorbed on the metal surface and reduces corrosion.
■ FSSC22000 (6.3) compatible
Aqua Skilly BR, BN Series uses only food additives or FDA items as raw materials, so it supports food safety system authentication FSSC22000 (6.3).
■ Use
Food additives are used as raw materials and are manufactured under strict quality control, so they are also suitable for use in food factories.
■ Precautions for handling
・ Be sure to wear protective glasses and rubber gloves when handling Aqua Skirates.
・ If it adheres to the skin, wash it with a large amount of water.
・ If you get into your eyes, wash well with a large amount of water and receive the doctor's treatment.
