About This Product
It is a fluorine -resin heating tube that adds static electricity to prevent the GRC.

・ This product has been processed to make it difficult to generate static electricity, and does not eliminate the occurrence of static electricity. (Surface resistor 10^8 or less)
・ Be sure to store in a cool and dark place (30 ° C or less). There is a risk of natural contraction.
-The inner diameter is 200 ° C.
・ The cut length will be sold at 100mm pitch for 400mm or more. Please order from one.
・ P is made of PFA and F is FEP.
・ If the GRC is used in a treble part of 100 ° C or more or in a place where the nip pressure is strong, the possibility of gaps and wrinkles will be very high. Please consult us.
■ GF tube construction method
Mounting method
・ Please use a commercially available hot air gun.
・ For GRC, select an inner diameter that is close to the diameter of the roll as much as possible. In addition, it is desirable that the length is about 200mm longer than the length of the roll.

2. The direction of the hot air cancer is opposite to the direction of travel
3. Be sure to shrink from one side while rotating the roll
4. Complete with the ears
