About This Product
Neo Joint -1150 WSP is a heat-controlled tube developed as an external edge of the local welding joint of the water supply-fitted pipe for water supply. It is made from a crosslinked polyethylene as a material, and the heating of 150 ° C or more is integrated and has an excellent adast prevention effect. This product was shown in WSP012-2014, JWWA K153 (attached book D). Indicates its performance.
■ Characteristics
・ It is excellent in waterproofness.
-The adhesive applied to the inner layer flows due to the heat at the time of shrinking, and the tube and steel pipe adheres in close contact.
・ Excellent chemical resistance.
・ It is resistant to alkali, acid, and sulfur and does not corrode even in the soil containing them.
・ Excellent stress cracks and weather resistance.
・ It is pinhole less.
・ Because of the multi -layer structure, there is no penetrating pin hole.
・ Reliability for work is high.
・ No special technology is required for construction.
・ Various sizes according to the diameter and thickness of the steel pipe and polyethylene lining layer.
