About This Product
Ideal for roll cover. It is a fluorine resin heat contraction tube with excellent type and various resistance.
■ Characteristics
・ GRC is a thermal shrink tube using fluororesin PFA / FEP developed with a roll cover as the main application.
-The excellent characteristics of fluorine resin can be given simply by heating GRC on the roll surface.

・ Printing (high -speed off -wheels, business form printing, etc.)
・ Insulation protection (unity of various cable wiring, etc.)
・ Industrial machinery (printed circuit board, semiconductor, LCD -related, etc.)
■ Notes
・ The custom long size remains the mold mark at the time of molding. By heating and contraction, the mold mark disappears, but if you need the surface accuracy, be sure to perform the test and verification by the customer and determine whether it can be used.
・ Inquiries, please contact the exact diameter and face length of the target roll when ordering. We will select the best tube.
・ The cut length will be sold at 100mm pitch for 400mm or more. Please order from one.
・ Be sure to store in a cool and dark place (30 ° C or less). There is a risk of natural contraction.
・ P is made of PFA and F is FEP.
-The inner diameter is 200 ° C.
・ If the GRC is used in a treble part of 100 ° C or more or in a place where the nip pressure is strong, the possibility of gaps and wrinkles will be very high. Please consult us.
■ GF tube construction method
Mounting method
・ Please use a commercially available hot air gun.
・ For GRC, select an inner diameter that is close to the diameter of the roll as much as possible. In addition, it is desirable that the length is about 200mm longer than the length of the roll.

3. Be sure to shrink from one side while rotating the roll
