About This Product
The NEODRY series (Kashiyama Kogyo) is a roots oilless vacuum pump. Since there is no contact in the pump, a long -term stable operation is possible.

・ Realize a maintenance cycle once every three years (air, recommended period of N2 suction)
・ Chip seal replacement like scroll pump, performance deterioration, no wear powder
・ The occurrence of oil like a rotary pump, no pollution of vacuum chamber
・ Lightweight and compact, easy to replace scrolling and rotary pump
・ Exhausting condensed gas such as water vapor and solvent
・ Because the inverter is used, the same performance even at the power frequency of 50/60Hz
・ Low noise, low vibration that is ideal for research facilities
■ Specifications
・ "Clean exhaust" by dry method that does not use oil in the pump room
・ Adopts an "air -cooled system" that does not use cooling water
・ By incorporating the gas from the gas parast mechanism (optional), it can be exhausted as a gas as a reason
・ Because the roots rotor is in contact, there is no rotation wear parts, so there is no performance deterioration and long life.
