■ The highest precision scratch test machine as a commercially available device
・ Nanos Clutch Testa NST³ is particularly suitable for the realization of a thin film and coating of a standard film thickness of 1,000 nm or less and the evaluation of adhesion.
-It can be used for analysis evaluation of organic materials and inorganic materials, soft and hard coating. The proprietary design of the nanos clutch measurement head includes two sensors that measure the load and depth, and the state -of -the -art piezo actuator.
・ These unique characteristics have high accuracy with high -speed response (several milliseconds) and have high flexibility for all kinds of scratch measurements.
