・ The 2422 series is a 3 -axis acceleration sensor of 5VDC power supply, and is a unit that is relatively unlikely to be affected by high resolution (10 μg) and temperature effects. The acceleration range is compatible with ± 2g to ± 400g (0 to 250 ... 2,000Hz).
-Stideline -capacity MEMS element is used, and the output span and noise of ± 4,000 mV with differential output AMP are very low, so it is suitable for low -range acceleration measurement that requires high resolution.
