About This Product
The 1521 series is an acceleration sensor corresponding to very high resolution (7 μg), and the acceleration range is compatible with ± 2g to ± 400g (0 to 300 ... 2,000Hz). Using an electrostatic MEMS element, the output span and noise of ± 4,000 mV by differential output AMP are very low, so it is suitable for acceleration measurement in a low range that requires reliability.
