■ Overview
With the standard bending mold, it is ideal to make a bending roll and a wiper setting. However, in the actual mold setup, the wiper is often set while trying to bend, and it takes time to set up and requires skilled skills.
Also, at the time of bending, the wiper material is often made of copper / aluminum alloy to prevent scratches inside the bending of the pipe, but the tip of the wiper is very thin and mass -produced. In processing, the tip of the wiper is easily worn and the product quality becomes unstable.
In general, the wiper is replaced and modified with about 2,000 bending processing.
■ Characteristics
・ Because the bending roll and the equivalent of the wiper are integrated, it is possible to reproduce the bending of the mold without relying on the skill.
・ The grooves and wipers of the bending rolls are treated with dice steel+tic, and the mold wear is dramatically reduced compared to the conventional wiper type, and it can be used for a long time.
・ By integrating bending rolls and wipers, stable product processing is possible by eliminating the factors that cause wrinkles in bending processing.
