About This Product
This is a set for soldering tanks of the reflow checker RCX series, which has been greatly enhanced. It comes with a thermal electrician for flow and a flow -only analysis software, ideal for the temperature profile management of a solder tank. You can use the wind speed and oxygen module of the RCX series.
■ Characteristics
・ You can easily measure and manage the soldering temperature and dip time between the temperature profile data from the first and secondary tanks with high accuracy.
・ You can easily take the temperature profile of the flow solder tank without extending the thermal electrician.
・ The attached dedicated software allows you to analyze the soldering temperature and dip time from all angles, and enter the preparation temperature and the time of the time and time to automatically judge it.
-The thermocouples are standard for flow soldering profile measurement, which requires response to 0.1φ.
・ The memory unit is common to the reflow and greatly improved heat resistance.
・ Cordless data communication is possible by adopting Bluetooth.
・ 20 profiles can be made on the memory unit body. After continuous measurement of new functions and multiple lines, data can be collected together.
・ Because it is compatible with AA batteries, it is safe even in case of battery trouble.
