About This Product
It is a wet test instrument of the Solda Paste, parts electrode, and printed circuit boards for surface implementation using the SP tension method (profile rising temperature method).

・ Ideal for wet evaluation (paste, parts, temperature conditions) related to lead -free solder.
・ You can observe the entire wet process from the glass window.
・ Wetting balance method, micro wetting balance method, and sudden heat rising method can also be measured. (option)
・ You can realize the same or optimal temperature profile as the actual reflow step.
・ The wet evaluation of 1005 and 0603 size micro tip parts is possible.
・ Configuration input of conditions, measurement operation, wetting time, wet power, etc. are performed automatically analysis of the results data on the PC (exclusive software).
