When light is incident in the solar cell cell, light with energy equivalent to the band gap of the PV cell is absorbed and converted into electricity. In the case of a normal solar cell, solar is used as an incident light, but instead, the heat light radiation from heated objects is used as light.

The TPV products we sell domestic agent are available in the Gasb (Garium Antimon) solar cell (solar cell cell) manufactured by JX Crystals in the United States. Typical materials of solar cells can be purchased from various vendors with SI (silicon), but we also handle Gasb compound semiconductors for R & D.
Unlike the SI cells that are generally sold, this Gasb cell can change the wavelength band with a small band gap (about 075 EV) and 800 to 2,200 nm into power. Although it is higher cost compared to SI, it is used for devices that are more specialized than conservativity.
Example: Space and racing car.
Regarding conversion efficiency, it is affected by the quality (structure) and environment (light integration), but Gasb exceeds at least 30%. * It is not a warranty value.
